There are no travel fees for events within 50-miles of Bloomington, IN - our home base of operation. Events outside of that range will incur a $25 travel fee.

Our team handles all equipment setup and teardown, arriving well before your start time to ensure everything is ready when your guests arrive. Our staff is professional, welcoming, and committed to creating a fun, positive experience for everyone.

Our 360 Party Platform is an interactive video booth where guests stand on a platform while a rotating camera captures them from every angle, creating a dynamic, slow-motion video. The result is a fun, cinematic clip that guests can instantly share on social media or keep as a unique event souvenir.

Most setups need about 10x10 feet of space, dependable WIFI (don’t forget to get the password!) and standard electricity. That’s it. We bring the Party Platform, props and the FUN!

Yes. Our Party Platform sits approximately 5” off the floor and turns slowly, making it kid-friendly for most ages who understand directions. Our on-site attendant is there to help guests and will let them know if an adult is needed to be on the platform with the child.

Usually immediately! It will be sent directly to the guest’s cellphone or email. Depending on the package selected, your guests may also have access to a Gallery to download from after the event.

Picture a mountain of tiny foam bubbles that your guests frolic, dance and have a great time in! Add some music and maybe change up the color of the bubbles to match your theme — and you have a FOAM-A-POLOOZA PARTY.

Yes! Our foam solution is hypo-allergenic, biodegradable and dye-free. (Think baby soap!) It also won’t stain your skin. It’s safe for kids, pets and the environment. Clean-up is a breeze, too as the foam dissipates in the sun. We also spray down the foam before we leave the party.

At least a 20’x20’ grassy space that is flat with no holes and obstacles. Please - no pavement! Make sure there is running water nearby and we will need a grounded, standard electrical outlet as well. Adult host(s) must remain available throughout the event to assist with guest management — especially those parties with young kids.

You will get wet, especially if you play in the foam for a longer period of time. We recommend bathing suits — or shorts, t-shirts…anything you don’t mind getting wet. Googles are also a good idea - especially for youngsters.

High winds, heavy rain, lightning or extreme weather conditions may impact event safety. Chambers Event Rentals reserves the right to cancel if weather is a factor. In the event we need to cancel, all payments will be reimbursed minus the $50 booking fee.
