Reserve your date!

Review the scheduling menu to the right and select either the 360° Party Platform Package or Foam-A-Palooza Party you’re interested in.

Click “Book” and select your date to confirm it’s available. We’ll follow up to confirm details once reserved. Watch your emails for subsequent information about your party.

Important things to remember as you book:

  • A 50% deposit plus tax is due upon booking to reserve your date.

  • You may cancel up to 15 days before your event for a refund (minus a $50 booking fee). Cancellations within 20 days of the event are non-refundable. Your payment, less the $50 booking fee, will only be reimbursed if you notify us and a confirmation email is issued.

  • There are no travel fees for venues within 50 miles of Bloomington, IN. Venues outside of that range will incur a $25 travel fee.

  • Only provide us with the time you want our staff ready to welcome your guests. Setup will take between 30 and 45 minutes. This time does not factor into your scheduled event time. We will arrive within an hour before your scheduled booking time to ensure everything set and ready to go.

  • For 360° Party Platform Package: Ensure your venue has a WIFI network available and request the password from the venue before the event.

  • For all Foam-A-Palooza parties: Ensure your grassy space is flat, without holes or obstacles; water and electricity is available; waivers are signed for all guests; and responsible adult host will be present throughout party. No pavement, please.
